W dzisiejszych czasach Święta Bożego Narodzenia znacząco się laicyzują i coraz częściej są sprowadzane do choinek, prezentów, kulinariów i zakupów. Tworząc świątecznego bloga, pragnę, na miarę swoich skromnych możliwości, przeciwstawić temu zjawisku. Większość tekstów na tym blogu poświęconych będzie liturgii i paraliturgii. W ramach tej ostatniej, sporo będzie oczywiście wpisów o kolędach. Nie wszystkie teksty będą nowe. Przynajmniej połowę będą stanowiły wznowienia tekstów z "Kultury Okiem Svetomira" z poprzednich dwóch lat. W sumie planuję opublikować od trzydziestu do czterdziestu tekstów w okresie pomiędzy pierwszym grudnia a trzynastym stycznia. Jeśli blog się przyjmie, planuję stworzyć podobne na Wielki Post i Wielkanoc, a do bożonarodzeniowego wrócić za rok.
